I'm in the 2nd week of the Wildrose D-tox, and I had a few stumbling blocks over the weekend (pizza, I'm looking at you!), so I've planned a week of good meals I hope. I've listed what the family will eat. I'll eat a modified wheat, dairy & sugar free version.
Monday: chick pea veggie burgers with greek-ish salad (me, no bun)
Tuesday:mac n' cheese with sauteed sesame broccoli.
(I'll have brown rice & more veggies)
Wednesday:pork schitzel & spaghetti squash
Thursday:kebabs & moroccan couscous
Friday: homemade pizza, with fire-roasted tomatoes, spinach, roasted garlic, mushrooms & mozza
Saturday: bison steaks & zucchini fritters
Sunday: eggs & hashbrowns.
I'll just have to watch the amount of margarine I use when frying.
